Unwind

Slitting Section
- Razor slitting with 30 blade holders
- Razor holders are engaged using a handle at the front of the machine – the bar that takes the razor holders can be rotated out of the web path to allow the machine to be safely threaded and then back into place for running.
- The razor bar can be easily removed so the blades can be set up off the machine.
- Side lay adjustment on the razor bar allows the knives to be precisely aligned with the web position
- Special coated rollers suited to running hot stamping foils
Rewind Section
- Fast change, lift out, rewind shafts
- Machine is supplied with two air shafts for 76mm (3 inch) cores
- Machine is supplied with two shafts for 25mm (1inch) cores
- 400mm maximum rewind diameter
- Lay on rollers to allow high speed running
- Tail clamp to hold slit material in position whilst changing finished rolls
- Shaft supports for the 25mm shafts to allow running at high speed
