Universal X9

This is a high performance slitter, running at high speed(700 m/min) with the latest closed loop tension control system. It is designed with a range of feature such as automatic knife positioning, core alignment and automatic tension setting to minimise set up time and increase the running time of the machine. The Total Tension Control System gives precise tension control when slitting and rewinding the most tension sensitive material. Customers can select from the range of standard features to choose a slitting machine that matches their precise requirements.

Universal X7

This is a low cost slitting machine for companies working to a tight budget. With running speeds of 450 m/min it is still a highly productive slitter rewinder and additional features to reduce changeover times can be added when order or at a later date.

Universal X3

The X3 slitter rewinder has been designed for slitting and rewinding materials up to a width of 600mm. Although it is produced with similar technology to the larger X9 machine, it is designed to be a low cost machine for narrow width slitting and recovery of rolls of material. Its cantilevered design allows easy loading and unloading of reels of material and creates easy access for setting up the slitting knives.
